Before you are able to place your order you must register as a user by CLICKING HERE
You will receive an email with a link which you need to click to activate your account.
The above process is necessary to ensure your privacy and to prevent spam bots from accessing the Shop, and we really appreciate your co-operation.
You can now add items to your cart and follow the checkout procedure.
Once we receive your order by email we will contact you via email or telephonically and confirm your details. We will also confirm with you how you wish to receive your product . ie if we must deliver or you may wish to collect.
If we are to deliver we will firstly confirm any applicable delivery charges and if so a quotation will be provided to which you agree or arrange collection yourself. We can deliver generally anywhere nationally in S.A using our contracted courier service. When goods are dispatched we will then provide a waybill number for your tracking information. Available stock will also be confirmed before we generate an invoice. Precision Fitness does not have a policy of receiving money from a customer until we can provide a product which is available and in stock. ( this does not apply to special orders where a deposit is required and products have to be produced )
You may also place an order on the phone if you prefer personal attention. We also prefer a voice of a customer ! Here we can answer any questions and assist you with any product queries you may have.
In short here is the order process :
1. Submit your order by completing the steps on our website or you can also order via A) Email B) Phone in..
2. We then email you an invoice ( once all delivery details are complete )
3. Payment is made to Precision Fitness .
4. Payment details are included in the invoice.
5. Once confirmation of payment has been received we then release goods.
Payment Options :
Electronic Funds Transfer
Cash on delivery ( by arrangement only .. )
Please note that for some products like Commercial Gym equipment we require a 50% deposit on order and the balance is then payable on final delivery. This is where goods are ordered for a customer should we not have them in stock. A lead time is given with all orders to be produced.
