SITE ACCESS
Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of the website. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere unless written permission has been granted by Precision Fitness owners, including logos, trademarks, or registrations. You are granted access to this site under the condition that you will not interfere, or attempt to interfere with any of the content.
PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Precision Fitness & Leisure CC. We reserve the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer or errors.
In the event of a price difference we will contact you and notify you of any discrepancy. You have the right to either cancel the item or accept new price quoted.
Prices include VAT (14%) but don’t include delivery or postage. For these fees please speak to us directly
SHIPPING
For delivery dates in your area, please refer to our delivery schedule. Orders will be sent to all other areas with our courier service. Delivery times vary according to areas. Any damage or liability is the responsibility of the courier company (third party claim).
Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
PAYMENT
Payment options provided by Precision Fitness & Leisure CC are EFT, Direct deposit or COD by arrangement.
EFT payments must be done before delivery and proof handed to the driver or faxed 24 hours prior to delivery. Please confirm with accounts department receipt of faxed proof as certain banks transfer takes 48 hours before reflecting on our bank statement.
No goods will be released without full payment of invoice amount.
OWNERSHIP
By signing documentation (invoice or waybill) on receipt of goods and settling full amount payable, you acquire ownership of all items. Precision Fitness & Leisure CC will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
RETURNS POLICY
Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly against invoice. If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty or an item has not been received at all, please call us within 48 hours. No claims can be accepted after this period. If after investigating the error, we find we are at fault, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.
If a replacement or credit is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted. Goods (in original packaging and unused) must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 10% handling fee will be charged.
No money will be refunded – your “account” will be credited and may be deducted from your next order.
PRIVACY
Personal Data will only be collected for Precision Fitness & Leisure CC for the purpose of processing your order and the other purposes mentioned below. The type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, salon name, addresses, phone number, e-mail address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your full consent.
We will never pass on your Personal Data to third parties. We may utilise your Personal Data for our own marketing purposes of letting you know about our products and services that may be of interest to you as well as information about discounts and offers that you can benefit from either in-store or online by an email newsletter. We will give you the option to refuse any e-mail newsletters from us & we will never send you bulk e-mails (spam).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Precision Fitness & Leisure CC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the items / products on this site.
